    Ok... whatever we are getting will be included in a 3 year contract. So hopefully we will know by September. Don't act like you don't know how stuff works around here.

    We are getting a 10% increase and that's it. 90% of the department have been here 7 years or less so they didn't get F** like the rest of you. They will vote for that appealing contract, yes to the 10% the first year... no money back.
