That’s an easy one! Llanes was so disgruntle from being demoted and transferred to midnights as a Lt that he was always drinking on duty at segafredos / blue martini. After that he would go 33 at Raulph Suarez boat and go home 3-4 hours early while Alfonso would cover up for him.

Really?! "The man" went out of his way to purposely attack and destroy many people's life while he had the power to do so, from street vendors, old ladies selling flowers and water in the corner to officers just because simply he did not like them and you calling those who come in this forum to talk about it and vent cowards, you sir is what's wrong with the likes of him and all who dedicate their life's to do others wrong but then when is time for them to face the music they play the victim while blaming everybody else but themselves for their own mistakes, that's is being a coward...
