I guess that the Union representation of this African American Officer was not effective. Do you think that they represented him well? Ortiz is kind of racist, did he work hard to save Hagan?

What does a fired police officer does with his life after not being a cop anymore? Next job?
This is why I tell rookies. Save. Save. Save.

He was done completely wrong. He's the only one ever to be disciplined for visible arm tattoos in the history of this department. No white or Hispanic officer or brass has ever been done the same. Total discrimination. He shall be given his job in return immediately. His wrongful termination has brought reform to the dress uniform policy. All tattoos will be covered immediately with long sleeve class B uniform shirt.

Highly enforced daily against him to the point of fabricated paperwork which led to his termination. An injustice to a highly decorated black officer and Marine. He shall be brought back or the same applied to all members who daily and ridiculously violate the same tattoo departmental order. We need immediate change and justice for our brother!!
