Jail needs more detention deputy recruits

The agency has placed more ads for detention deputy recruits to fix the jail staffing shortage. This shortage has been exacerbated by more retirements and departures to other agencies than anticipated by the management. If you know anyone looking for an exciting career with a steady paycheck/good pay, good benefits, lots of vacation time, exciting work environment, plenty of promotional opportunities and personal growth, and friendly and supportive supervisors, send them to HR to apply for the detention deputy positions. Opportunities are wide open to transfer to patrol or the court house if desired. Supervisors are there to mentor and help you achieve your goals. Show them this video which describes the D&C careers in more detail:

It looks good on video, wish it was real life. All the Corporals have been promoted and some of the Deputies that are in the video hate working here. Promotions yes if you have family or your head up someone's A** not by doing your job. This place is run like a High School with it's little groups.

The Sgt. L at 0.54 retired, promoted because his uncle was an Lt., RD at 1:08 was worthless at the jail so he hooked up with a female Lt. and went to training (Coats appointed her jail major which lasted less than 2 years because she sucked at it) until he retired. The female at 1:24 got fired for lying about a gun she hid in the drawer at her jail post, carried in by one of the court deputies, the guy at 1:36 is another suck up on the fast track, the guy at 1:54 is blowing smoke by saying jailers can transfer to patrol - good luck with that unless you know someone high up. The Sgt. on the phone at 3:01 and 3:14 made Lt. and got fired for having sex at work with a subordinate civilian employee, then at 3:44 we have Lt. R on the left who stole Rice's campaign signs, was demoted from Lt. to Sgt. and got her bars back before her probation was over. The other one of the right was another useless body when she was corporal and dumber than a box of rocks. She was sent home for inappropriate attire several times, including once from an SAV leadership development class. The female at 3:56 positively hates the job and is one of the most miserable people you could possibly work with. At 3:54 is Lt. B on the left, one of the biggest jazz kissers and back stabbers in the jail, who would lie and sell out his one mother if it would get him ahead with the colonel, as his do-boy.
