A spelling error doesn't change the facts that THI screwed up big time. Five years to file a case related to a crash, the family must be despondent. Who ever that case was assigned to should be ashamed of themselves and he and the supervisor should be removed.

I think the detective and supervisor have already been removed. Since this happened 5 years ago and most if not all of the ones in there now have been there less than 5 years.

SOL or not the underlying incident occurred September 2013 which means the claim of 5 years SOL would not have run out for another 3 months.
