Boca Raton PD hiring $66k starting
Boca PD is hiring current starting salary is $66K with a top salary for an officer of $104K after 9 years. Pension is currently 20 years 70% or 24 years and 84% (3.5% multiplier). 12 hour shifts and workout on duty.

Exactly ! and why nobody wants them either...
Ya know why they want us to work 12hr shifts...
Work you like a dog... running call to call.... 12 hours non stop ..
When you retire... You drop dead of a Heart Attack from being overworked .. and dont have any time to enjoy your pension and then the city saves all that money on you when you are 45....

Yeah you work 12 hour shifts in Boca, but it’s not as bad since it isn’t constantly call to call.

In Boca there is just as much or more details and overtime available as the beach and you aren’t forced to work.

We work in almost the same demographic as Suffolk county NY outside of NYC. A patrol officer makes 153k a year . And we in fact are more busy than Suffolk or Nassau county
