More New Videos are surfacing into the Rickenbacker motorcycle accident.

As the traffic investigaton continues MPD can’t hide it any longer that one of their officers was a contributing factor into the deadly motorcycle accident.

    Violations commit by the officer!

    Violation of Departmental pursuit policy
Reckless driving ( officer traveling over 100 mph )
Leaving the scene of an accident causing death
    Conduct on becoming

No matter how Colina, Ortiz and lugo try to justify it by covering the incident the video evidence will speak for itself. I already forward the information to the state attorneys and FDLE.

How did you know it was over 100 mph? Were you there with a radar or laser? You f*cking zeros love all these policies that keep our hands tied while the criminals get away with everything. Quit your job! You're a disgrace to the uniform! Coward!

    Thumbs up

My question to the bikers is as follows:

    1) If you recorded the officer going 100 mph... how fast was your friend in the bike going?

    2) If driving 100 mph is a crime... why was the bike behind the police car driving the same speed?

    3) If a police officer turns on his lights and sirens and it is behind you, why not just pull over?

You do know running from the police is a crime right?

Hate to tell you this, but your friend signed his death wish.

I suggest you lawyer up cause that excuse is not going to work. The video and witnesses disproved that theory.

    .
Reverse the same question and ask your officer attorneys.
Officer If they Record the motorcycle traveling over 100 mph how fast were you going?
Are you allowed to go more then 15 mph over the speed limit running in emergency mood?
Are you allowed to chase for traffic offenses?
Why didn’t you discontinue the pursuit?
Are you aware that all of these are violations of your rules and regulations and you could be terminated for it?

Hate to tell you this, but your friend is going to get arrested
