How did RL get away with Tasering another officer and their were no repercussions? How do officers similar to Denise Dileo continue to do nothing , aggravate other officers , complain when she must do her job and never is there as a 94 ,but always gets a pass to do it ?

It all started when they came up with all that community policing crap. That's when the culture of doing nothing started. Layer on top of that the SRO's came along later - another group who did more of nothing. Next thing we knew the whole culture of the pd was doing nothing. Today that culture continues. Occasionally, you find an individual officer who has a moral compass that includes a work ethic. These are few and far between.
