Whining sergeants need to stop complaining that a night time maxed Officer will make more than a first step Day time Sergeant. Officers are maxed out at 11 steps... you koolaide sergeants have 7 more steps that have you maxing out at 40$. Quit whining to Sellers about this issue!

The problem is our current newer sgts don’t even have half the amount of time on as a maxed out patrol officer. Maybe that’s the problem. No offense but some of our newer sgts don’t have enough experience to be a crossing guard.
