    Where is the $17 million career development plan?

    Does anyone knows the status of the career plan? I heard it was still on the table and it was being worked on!

    Yes, it’s been dead since the beginning of the year. Not everyone could agree on the big 18 million, so instead they all agreed to the % raise.

    The career plan is the same as previous years. Get a year or two OJT writing short forms, then go get a green, or black uniform and real pay.
