Is SOAR pay really 16 hours a week? So that would be almost 64 hours a month OT? Thanks for your responses.

Usually it’s 12 per week. It’s only 16 temporary (until July I think). Some Counties also have s.o.p. over time at 8 hours per week.

Is this included in the salary to go towards a trooper’s FAC ( high 5) for retirement purposes ?
