So now we are classifying cases based on the school board criteria? What a joke.

“The school disciplinary matrix” determines if a crime has been committed???

What ever happen to law enforcement and probable cause to make an arrest?

    Bingo !

That's where Runcie will prevail. Watch what happens. Runcie got the Sheriff in his clown car with an " I got this." It was a hot potato game where neither side was accountable. The SRO's were caught in the middle and used as accomplices in case something went wrong. It did.

Problem is, DLE IS responsible for law enforcement because they are under contract with BCPS and with the districts. This scheme would be the same as the Sheriff telling the president of your HOA that he has the authority to handle LE in your neighborhood. It's a win-win for both until there's a catastrophe. There was.

For all reports that reached LE, Runcie is not responsible. He knew it then, and he knows it now.

This is an ossi report. Make sure you pull the tracking and denial notes to see if the report was kicked back for "corrections". Its all public record.

Notice it is an Information Report, not a crime. Therefore no detective was assigned. It was also approved by the Lt. A Sgt probably wouldnt touch it.

"Corrections" yep... seems to be a pattern in that one district. No detective assigned. That too...

Absolutely disgusting. An attempted sexual battery classified as an information report? Then write in the narrative that the school matrix does not require law enforcement action ??? WTF. We act on probable cause, period!!!! If you have P.C to make the arrest, nobody can tell you not to.

Haven't seen this report but if this was a Lt. "D" or a 4000 CCN Sgt. sign off then it is not the only case of this type in that district

Nothing more than POWERTRAC all over again. Reducing crime stats for BSO to look good and making poor performance schools look better through altered stats. Everything in this administration is a coverup. Cruz, Polan, shults, Appel, Dale, Sheriff......

That is true; but this time, different than the last, the public is supporting the rank and file because they have been abandoned as well. The citizens and the DLE community reject lawlessness.

Seems like every day, there's a new revelation worse than the day before.
