Thanks Jeff as usual you failed us with the contract and negotions. City screws us again and tells you they can’t give us restores benifits. I think everyone saw this coming but wanted to wait a see. You can't. He's there for life unless the PBA staff (not hollywood PBA REPS) votes him out.
Get rid of the PBA and you get rid of him.

Okay then how do we rewrite the By laws that allow him to be voted out?
