Yes, as best that I can remember. He claimed someone hijacked his computer, "really", and used the David system to fantasize about the female trooper. He got caught and the City ended up on the hook for thousands $$$$ in a civil lawsuit against Wadsworth. The PBA convinced the City to pay and bail him out. Now we're paying him again when the City is short on $$, WTF ? He didn't do sh#t in the DB, and you hire him back as some type of reward. Sounds ass-backward to me.
