    No that guy is Steve shiver who is broke, this why Steadman gave him a job. He has however been investigated a numerous amounts of time for corruption. He himself admits it.
    Steve Bateman is Steadmans’ best friend. Vacation together, bought property together, went to dinners together, went drinking together. Boating together. One time Steadman got Steve Bateman off of a BUI.
    Bateman is the one going to prison

    Then at the appropriate time we can discover what Steadman himself thought he erases from his computer, but not before it was captured on another drive.
