    Beards being enforced and growing one being made impossible while no one says or enforces the tattoo issue. Many are in violation of the tattoos dept orders and no one looks into it or enforces or disciplines anyone. Totally wrong and unethical to those members who wish to grow a beard. FOP do what’s right and demand for dept to administer the rules equal to every member. Rookies getting tats after employment. Revise the DO or apply it equally to all.
