All tattoos to be covered immediately. Recruits, trainees, PSAs. We must all abide and correctly represent this organization. Selected few were disciplined for exposing tattoos while in uniform. We just can't freely walk around and violate set rules when these violations have caused those few very harsh punishments. This is a beautiful department and if you were given the opportunity to serve here... then respect and abide!!! This is not a tattoo parlor!!!

Respect our uniform and integrity. Many have died in this uniform. We must all show uniformity, and inspections will be conducted!

Department taking shape and accountability from all members is expected. Favoritism and friends group will be a thing of the past. Same discipline for all members across the board. Patrol officers will look sharp and represent our department professionally at all times. Tattoos will be covered while in uniform and all rules and policys will be adhered to immediately. Brother Hagans case will be looked into once again, and reveresed. He is a great human being, a great officer and exemplary decorated soldier. He never committed a crime, never violated anyones rights, never shot or beat anyone. He was harassed, discriminated and fired for defending himself verbally against a series of tattoo violations and other amounted disciplinary actions against him as a result of tattoo violations. We have faith in this organization and believe that our brother will be treated fair and brought back.

Well it's a ???? if he comes back. If he does, watch down the road (time) they will find something else to nail him on. I get where you all are coming from on this issue but I have a hard time over, if you hired one with the visible tattoos. They worked here for a few years. Now you want to punish them over it. I guess since our current chief is a part time model and actor. We all must look his image, of all the sh!t wrong with this place, this is the most important thing to the chief and some here. Faith, in this organization?? Your a rare person to believe that. Give yourself sometime and you'll see that it's all about F&F and who's banging who. Both are right up next to race.

We shall not be forced to look at demons with wings or fire spitting dragons with feathers or web covered elbows with protruding one eyed koi fishes, while at work. These overt images are offensive to many and we as members shall have the right to be free from this forcible exposure. We don't want to Be subject to this crap any longer. We have rights also, which are not being protected. Incorrect and an in justice against many. Exposed tattoos shall be covered immediately. Us wishing to express our religion and culture are forbidden to grow our beards. This is a problem and unacceptable. Why only ink form of self expression and not facial hair?? We will not tolerate this form of discrimination any longer. This is a great organization and we have faith in immediate change and protection from work place unfairness. Thank you Chief and dear Mayor.

Relax brother in blue! Long sleeve uniform shirts were just approved in order for arm tattoos to be concealed while in uniform. Your voices are being heard and fairness to those without tattoos who refuse to work along side members smuderred in rediculous overt and tasteless insulting and disentergrating tattoos! We know it hurts to see those abusing this so called form of entitled expression while we the rest are forbidden to grow our beards. We are listening and members rights will be protected.
