Hagan was mandated to cover all of his tattoos while in patrol. Was reprimanded numerous times by a recently promoted sgt at the time. Unfortunately to him, the sgt was rightfully performing his duties and acting on orders from above while other Sgts looked the other direction and did not follow protocol and never enforced the directive on their subordinates. Hagan was a fish out of water looking around gasping for oxygenated waters while other violating fishes were swimming happily without repricautions to them. Hagan was then screwed so bad that he was fired. He later fought a salmons up creek battle and passed a bear to acquire his job back. After some time-later, he was reprimanded once again for something unrelated which then unethically and unlawfully opened up the fish bag once again to his previous tattoo issue write ups. When properly contesting the punishment, he was then fired once again. True discrimination to this poor brother who served and protected always. He was always kind and professional with our citizens. He was a highly decorated swat member and U.S. Marine. It is our duty to enforce the tattoo rule as it was harshly imposed on him or give him the opportunity to embark once again as a member of this great organization. It is our job as leaders to supervise and enforce directives equally across the board and to never discriminate or show favoritism. We have confidence that this issue will be looked into and brother Hagan will be reemployed.

This policy is not being enforced to all, It's pick-n-choose. Newly appointed Sgt's are the worth, they have to make a name for themselves at our expense.
