Time for an administrator to go
Under Florida Statute Section 784.07, the crime of Battery on a LEO is a third degree felony. The charge of Battery on a LEO "is effectively a misdemeanor charge of battery reclassified to a felony due to the status of the victim being a law enforcement officer.

An admin with anger issues put his hands on an officer. If an officer had touched an administrator like that an arrest would of already been made. He has threatened multiple employees and now this, when will action be taken?

Yes, if rolls were reversed it sure would. But, the IA investigator was probably the one who Batteried? DB can’t investigate a stolen bicycle case.
