Time for an administrator to go

Under Florida Statute Section 784.07, the crime of Battery on a LEO is a third degree felony. The charge of Battery on a LEO "is effectively a misdemeanor charge of battery reclassified to a felony due to the status of the victim being a law enforcement officer.

An admin with anger issues put his hands on an officer. If an officer had touched an administrator like that an arrest would of already been made. He has threatened multiple employees and now this, when will action be taken?

What does batteried mean? Just so we’re clear the former football coach who let his players do what ever they wanted to is not acting a fool with bars on his collar? Big surprise! 🙄
