    Terms Of Use

The real reason that we can't have the Ten Commandments posted in a
courthouse is this: You cannot post "Thou Shalt Not Steal," "Thou Shalt
Not Commit Adultery," and "Thou Shall Not Lie" in a building full of
lawyers, judges and politicians...It creates a hostile work environment.

    Link

We notice there was a thread removed that did have a link to FDLE concerning an officer (James McVay) at north bay village police Florida . This link went to a disciplinary review of results given out by the FDLE. A lot of us take being found guilty of perjury as a law enforcement officer very serious. Since this was a link to a public record it should have not violated the terms of use right?

    Lying as a cop?

How about covering those cameras aye jimmy boy? Let’s put that link up to show jimmy covering cameras. All while carrying in the beer! Go boy, deflecting is a sign of guilt. Have we started our party planning for mcdrunky yet?

    Only at NBV

How can officer McVay make an arrest or a report if he can’t be trusted in court? He can’t even write a ticket, I would love to go to court with this guy!

So go find him and do stud stuff and he’ll arrest you. Then he’ll go counsole your wife and then you can take Home to court and bring up the FDLE link posted above. You want to see a piece of work, look at suicide summer camp.

    Shame

It’s a shame some deflect, yet the truth is McVay has been officially been documented to be charged and convicted in an administrative proceedings of perjury. No one else at the PD has. I mean how can he run a squad write evaluations or really anything? Just a crying shame is what it is.

    Truth or Lies

We checked and FDLE says he’s clean and green. Apparently he started with a 90 day suspension of his police certification, but entered into litigation with FDLE and the end result was a 30 day suspension of which the city had the right to put him on desk duty. The arbitrator found the city guilty of unfair practices or something. That doesn’t mean much. But, yeah after what mcdrunky pulled it’s funny how mcvays past is suddenly of interest. You’re right I sense deflection too. Btw does anyone know if suicide girl completely finished all her psycho evaluations and therapy. If she’s been baker acted (involuntary), and the current law says she can’t have a gun without a court order, why did she get her gun back and placed in a school with her weapon? Also, Costa had an incident and got baker acted but, maybe he acted a bit to go to jmh instead of DCJ for battery on a leo.

    More Deflection

Again McVay is the only one w DOCUMENTED FDLE punishment that rose to the level of a certification being pulled and suspended for perjury. All the rest of what you bring up you will need to your own background work find it and post it with proof like MOD 1 said to do!

    Desk duty

Your Officer McVay sounds like he needs to be off the street and away from anything that requires honesty and dignity. Haw can any sworn statement from him ever be reliable?
