Does this mean we will get rid of that stupid spear training and finally put to rest all of those pressure point tactics that they have taught for years, that only work on submissive protestors, and do not work on an aggressive person fighting the police? All of those were designed to protect the agency against law suits. Will we be finally trained in offensive tactics to actually defend ourselves against an aggressive person refusing to be arrested and what we should do? Will the command staff participate in this training too?

It is amazing that guy wasn't fired for that, or at least taken out of his training position, he is an idiot. If you have ever tried to hold a ligament conversation with the guy, you can't....he is a goofy person, and should have been fired for what he did. No one in the history of training in the Hillsborough County/Tampa Police has gotten away with what he did. A Total big headed idiot that got away with what he did and remained in charge of the training there.
