Kyle Kashuvs father has hired Willie Gary to file a lawsuit against
BSO and Sheriff Mumbles personally. The case will filed in The Southern District of Florida Federal court for Violating Civil Rights, Unlawful detainment and several other counts.
Mr.Gary is a prominent attorney in Stuart, Florida that has won 100’s of millions of dollars in verdicts.

He was spending time with his father which is something that is not as common these days as it used to be. They were not doing anything illegal.
The family's last name sounds Russian if not from another Eastern European country. Those people know what happens when guns are taken away from people as do Cubans when the communist regime is coming in. Willie Garry is a clown. He only wins cases for black folks who claim they were wronged by the government. Kyle K. is most certainly not black and will amount to nothing once his media ride is over. He should have spent a little more time in his civics class learning about more than just his 2A rights. Had he learned about 4A and 5A, he could have politely refused to say anything. He was not harassed, he was not intimidated. He’s a whiney douche who has overstayed his 15 min of fame. And BTW, I own several assault rifles and I’m an NRA member. He and daddy are such gun nuts but had to borrow a rifle and this was his first time at the range??? Please! He saw a chance to cause trouble and get popular and he ran with. Kyle is Jewish. He and his family came to the US from Israel. He posted from the range that he was at the range with his father, and an instructor learning how to fire for the very first time. He posted this.

The issue is that he was removed from class and questioned. His activity and purpose were posted very clearly. It seems that similarly to what has just transpired with Z. Cruz papers, again, some bozo didn't do their homework before acting impulsively. It's another day and another blunder. Unrelated to that, Kyle is the valedictorian of the junior class.
