1500 rounds of traning. 3 weeks. 85% or better.

Shooting under stress, panic, chaos, totally different. If 85% accuracy under "threat" of paper cut from target

How can paper predict performance under stress? Think on this. Great, there is funding out there, this only adds "free money fuel" to a very scary idea.

I see homeschool becoming a valid option for mine.

The short little fat guy with the oversized badge is only good at lying, backstabbing, and corrupt practices. He betrays those closest to him and has done so on numerous occasions. His staff is equally as inept as he is. He can "protect" children? How? By letting felons hit them with moving vehicles? Covering up for his buddies? Having a staff of equally corrupt people in command? He lies, he betrays, he is just no good. And this is the stupidest plan yet. Super D will train them no doubt to be ninja assassinations just like he is. Mumbles can teach them command voice. Man Hands can demonstrate tactical sexual advances for new recruits. Should be a team that would make Chuck Norris cower in fear. Yes...we should trust this grand plan in our schools.

But, there is no public relations incentive to find the resources to train "regular" deputies, the "volunteers" will stop an incident that responding deputies won't even need guns! Eight five percent of the time under threat of paper cuts from an attacking sillouette. This will turn out like a bad television show, except on TV there are no lawsuits, but then again, what's a lawsuit? It doesn't come out of anyone's personal pocket?
