True Test of Chief Dugan

Castor and Bennett ran this department into the ground and Dugan is nothing more then their puppet. This department needs leadership but just like Bennett and Castor, Dugan will never promote anyone that has a command presence or true leadership that people will follow for fear of him losing any favor. They promote “yes people” only. Look at the trend and the poor leadership that Castor put into place and now Dugan is doing the same.

Look how many good supervisors bailed early. Why, because of the $hit show on the 10th. Castor and Bennett were directly responsible for the negative direction and poor morale that developed. The media fawn over her because she is a liberal gay anti gun female. Truth is she is a total disgrace to the profession. All my opinions but who cares we are doomed no matter.
