Tried to sneak in booze using water bottles. Hire date: January 2018. Dude had less than three months on the job and was barely out of the academy before being arrested/ fired.

Between the staff assaults on inmates and the other ones bringing in contraband, state employees will NEVER get a raise.

Pay peanuts and you get a low quality of employee. Its not nuclear science. But Florida is so dumb, they pay nothing forcing people to leave and then run endless academies hiring new, inexperienced and a lot of times, substandard people. I place all of the blame on dirty **** scott, the legislature and the worthless FDC leadership.
