I would suggest a RICO action for the next time that the Chief runs to FOP to intimidate those female officers who potentially complained against his improper harassment. The Chief's "harassment" was reported on this website (as a legitimate complaint) BEFORE any public photos were posted on Instagram with negative comments. To any reasonable outsider, it appeared that the Chief was trying to use FOP to hunt down his accusers (by suggesting that his accusers were fake individuals). This city manager acted in a smart manner, and she was not willing to play the Chief's game.

Just to clarify my last remark after re-reading it. I did not mean to suggest that any harassment was proven. I meant to point out that some legitimate-looking complaints alleging harassment started to appear on this website on July 30, and if the complaints were legitimate, the officer(s) making the complaints needed protection against retaliation (not the fear of being hunted down as a part of a public investigation).

It so sad that, in order to get ahead, unworthy people must resort to this to this. Chief Hudak has been hampered by Swanson and Fernandez at every step he has taken. Their obvious choice for his replacement with be the final nail in CGPD’s coffin. His stupid laugh will be our funeral song.
