All of this is easily explainable. Wells was trying to highlight some important documentation and missed the paper. Both were trying to wipe something off of each other with a towel....perhaps too aggressively. And Hadd just chose the wrong time and place to spark test her taser (right Omelia).

Since it is the practice to send deputies to the courthouse as punishment are they going to send Hadd and Wells out to the road? They would make great zone partners....haha

Looking at this incident and the recent history at the courthouse one cannot help but feel that Tammy Thoman was screwed over. She was sacrificed and hung out to dry.
