Stephanie led the charge which resulted in major changes in the city and the NPPD, so guessing by your demeanor your either one of the scorned/ gone ones who were a target of her's or you fear sometime in the near future you will be, Straighter up young buck, play by the rules, be honest and ethical have integrity and just do your job, if not then well exit door has been really busy but can always accommodate more. Captain Stephanie seems fitting title for her. The title Captain can and is used for various positions and meanings so if that offends you well Captain A hole hmmmm get lost !!!!!
