    It comes down to supervisors saving their own skin by not standing up for their workers, but rather get told by command whose being shipped out and who is coming in. Those coming in have NO qualifications other than who they know.

    Look at the retirements out of these units in the last year and all the transfers. People forced out and replaced with FoF and supervisors basically told to retire or hit the road. One person is responsible for this.

    And who might that be?? Would that be the fine Lt.? Or someone higher up?
