It's the friends calling friends network. It has nothing absolutely nothing to do with being qualified or deserving. And that is why this place continues to fail. And will continue to fail until they get a real leader in his place who is going to get serious and put a stop to it. Until then the butt lickers of bso will continue to run it into the ground by putting their unqualified undeserving toxic friends in positions they don't belong and didn't earn.
