Check out Wesley Chapel and Land O' Lakes. Both are growing areas with a lot going on.

Get out of Hillsborough County if public schools and taxes are a concern. School Board is a mess due to mismanagement and the taxpayers will be paying for it for.

Look at school grades they pretty much indicate the good part of town from the bad. Personally you should rent first and after you get a feel for things look at buying. We have had people with 8-10 years at other agencies flunk FTO.
On another note, I petsnallyI think Wesley Chapel has gone to $hit. It use to be nice, now it’s complete grid lock and one postage stamp neighborhood on top of the other. Poor planning and cheap housing is starting to show in the crime stats.
