The capt's are getting an $8000 plus raise because they are all leaving for other agencies! Oh, wait that's the road troopers! Typical FHP. Never fix the REAL problem!!

That wasn’t Harold but this is. And no it didn’t hurt my feelings, but thanks for your concern. I’ll be out working this weekend if you’d like to see how I “survive” the streets.

Were the number of SOAR hours that troopers are allowed to work decreased? Since SOAR was started, Troopers were generally allowed to work 8 hours of SOAR per week. SOmetimes that was increased to 12 or even 16 for a period of time, based upon available funds, but in general, it has always been 8 hours per week. If Captains are taking away hours, as you insisted, it must have been decreased below 8 hours per week, however I never got this memo or directive. Please post it for our enlightenment.

Berg worked circles around most on the road. Judging by your post, you probably should find something else to do, if you work the road. Berg put in time on the road before in order to get where he is. Stop promoting strife and dissension. If you do still work here, join the team and do something positive for the public and the agency.

You knew what the pay was when you started. If it dosent work for you then leave. Go to another agency or get out of law enforcement all together.
Or you could stfu and stop trying to act as if you can order anyone around on a public forum. Basically Go F&^% yourself.

Did anyone figure this one out yet? This whole deal seems shady.

Probably promoted to Lt from a cad county and then the Capt minimum percentage puts him ahead of normal caps

CAD county money doesn’t calculate into a promotion raise if you leave that county. He came from the academy and went to lieutenant in PAO. Leaving the academy would have been a $2,000 cut. Sounds like some shadiness. Guess it’s time for a public records request.
