This Sheriff has lost his mind. He hands out suspensions like they’re nothing. No Sheriff before ever suspended people so harshly, then actually puts out that his IA actually hands out less discipline than from previous years. WTF? This guy could give a shit about actual discipline. Everything is measured how it looks to his political supporters. I’ve never seen so many deputies get fired as I have under this dictator. Now we start with five day suspensions? Jesus! The Sheriff sure likes to believe he is in touch with his people. Not a chance. And ten and fifteen day suspensions when your investigation finds no improper use of force? We make SPPD IA look soft. Great job Bob! Hail Bob! Hail Bob! What’s funny is that if prior Sheriff’s were as harsh as he is, half his command staff would have been fired years ago.
