He’s brought nothing to the PBA. No institutional knowledge, no business skills ( at least successful ones), no ties to Law Enforcement, no political ties that are helping us. But in the 3 month he was up here he balanced the budget for the first time in four years, Laid off the friends and fake employees, found over $8m missing from the city and called in the feds and the governor. Shiver realized that in Opa Locka even he was a novice at ripping off the coffers. When he sensed he was about to be pinched, he turned on the leaders and tried to come off as a white knight. Something he has NEVER been and simply doesn’t have it in him to be. Imagine a city where Shiver is in the minor league of rip offs.

While in attendance at a local Republican function, somehow endorsements was a topic between two legislators and I overheard them say “Shiver, Really. Really? They were ridiculing him being at the PBA.
