How did RN get promoted to major and LN promoted Captain. LN did not even meet the requirement for LT let alone test for it. I guess when the CD DS dates your mother back in the past you get promoted no matter your qualifications!!

Actually I don’t think RN has a degree either. Guess being the Chief’s ***** has benefits.

This place is a mockery of a civil service agency. Ridiculous how a guy like RN can be An LT to Major is less than 2 years. - a complete mockery of the Merit system . Not to mention the guy has no leadership or person skills. And and no balls either . A tried and true "yes man" riding the coat tails of his daddy DS. The deck of cards will fall hopefully sooner than later for these clowns .

Sounds like you are the ignorant idiot who does not understand the merit system. It is a system where govt employees are promoted based on skill and ability , not political connection. You know, like the rest of the world outside of pcso. And look at you ! ,coming to the defense of major mustache. He would be so proud . You are that "yes-man, ass kisser and represent everything that's wrong with this place. Because any real deputy that works here long enough knows Rn is full of shit and needs to go.

You are right. There is no merit system. You have to go understand that the children of former deputies, especially with rank, are groomed from day one. They know this. Look at all the schools they put in for and get with no to very little difficulty. They don’t spend any time in patrol and are quickly moved to specialize squads to enhance their training. If they get in trouble, it’s a slap on the wrist compared to an unknown deputy. The agency expects the rest of us to be their pawns to do their bidding at a very low cost.

It's starts with Car 1 who has selected these misfits to get his back. I say he has piss poor judgement when selecting upper management positions.
