New Mega Mall
So the construction for the biggest mall in the United States will be starting soon just north of sector 5. Anyone else think we will be seeing off duties from this?

Nope. No off duties for HPD. It will be all MDPD jobs. Of course, unless Hialeah incorporates that area but it will not since the County wants all the taxes.
