Mumbles has inflicted unqualified incompetents as supervisors and command on the rank and file.

Deputies under his commanders run from responsibility at the airport causing death, at the school, causing the death of children. Inmates escape, putting the public at risk.

Mumbles was quoted as calling the jail BSO's prison, a past jail xo appointed by Mumbles was shaking down new deputies for loans, while his appointed unqualified jail colonel sat in his office playing clarinet for the 4 hours a day he's at work!
