    OverHeard a LT talking about it the other day. Officer was almost ROD, PCB came out and spoke to them, and they were QRU after that.

    Even JP got it wrong and then he tried to hide behind the U.S. Attorney's office. It didn't work. Still, the blame falls on the immediate officer, sergeant, and lieutenant directly involved in the matter. This is what happens when your road units and their supervisors have no real experience. Even out of state court orders must be localized. A real road unit would know that.

    On previous posting a poster cited that involved officers call the Legal Bureau and subsequently acted on the legal advisor's advice. True? Next time call the State Attorney's Office!
