When they made a deal to pay the uhurus whatever price they demanded not to riot, it was the point of no return. You'll never take the city back now, it's been over 20 years. I had just started at a neighboring agency when the riots broke out... People that I worked with who "assisted" SPPD told me that their "mission" (From the SPPD brass) was to basically sit there and get shot at and don't shoot back... They said that they would never return to SPPD in the future for any riots...

That is pretty much how it was. They were shooting at EMTs and firefighters too. Stop and think about it, there are two groups of people who would stop and risk their lives to assist these people, and the animals were trying to kill them all. With that mentality, they are hopeless. There is no way to help those savages. Don't even try, because they will try to kill you, take your car when you aren't looking. Just avoid Uhuruville. No you can still keep her. Glad it's working out so well for you. As for GP He was a dam good cop who like many others has made some bad decisions while off duty. He deserved another chance and hopefully will take it seriously and move on. He's a much better cop who's background is way better then many new officers.

We'd be glad to take him back. Stupid past off duty situations aside you can bet your life he'd have your back when the sh!t hits the fan.
