The guy has 30 plus years and you think he needs to be educated first hand on how to deal with drunk and unruly college kids? Or how to write a simple UAP ticket? Gimme a break dude.

Why don't you take solace in the fact that he trusts the supervisors and the agents to do their jobs without bird-dogging them? Personally, I can't stand it when command staff comes out to ride with us. You end up babysitting someone who outranks you and makes considerably more than you. On top of that (yes, you too can admit this), you act and operate slightly different than you normally do. It sucks, plain and simple. Not fun.

Anyways, he's a good man and a good leader. If he wasn't micro-managed to death by JH and TP or had his hands tied by senior DBPR leadership, attorneys, and HR, then he would have flushed some turds by now and made some positive changes. I hope he stays around for awhile and can eventually make some changes for the better.

What kind of moron are you? Didn’t you see the stats in the weekly email? The amount of arrestsbcoming out of the office highly outweigh overtime costs, so stop being dramatic and stirring the pot. If your jealous of all their overtime hours why don’t you volunteer to go assist next year.

north major still getting away with this but in year of 2020 but her time stealers are retired and there was no money so nobody show up and to think she tried to trick us from south into her circus and only gave 9 day notice this year sounds like a set up that most in south we did not fall for how is this woman still employed?

30 plus years. Wrong, its around 20. I'm sure he was elbow deep in arrests af FWC and while he was riding a desk at the SAO going to lunch, weaseling his way into a senior leadership role.

Its was his first big event with our agency and he choose to ride the bench at the house, enjoying his weekends off that hes use too. A good leader, one with real experience knows that you work with your troops, not to micro manage, but to show support and inspire. But since he's never been a leader, it's no surprise he doesn't understand that.
