    Foy doesn't care if he ruins anyone that's spent their life dedicated to service to the State as he does not value individuals of this Agency. He's a ****ing pig. And in every region he's been in, he's let his supervisors and ASAC's run wild and couldn't control them.

    2-faced Foy. Appears to love targeting sick employees or those that develop health problems. So if you develop illness as you get older, he'll make sure you are thrown to the wolves and gotten rid of. Includes if you have sick children or chronic illness.

    Will take his own time to take care of his own family, however. Doesn't care who he can ruin the life of because he's an entitled one.

    You could start with anyone that left under him that probably shouldn't have and move on from there. Also he let JV and all of the Supervisors run wild. Includes lab side.

    Nobody "ran wild", that was how Foy wanted his Supes to treat FDLE employees... lead by fear and intimidation. Sometimes his aggression surpassed JV's also. Supes would actually get retaliated against themselves if they didn't follow TF's and sometimes JV's plan also.

    Foy's family was those he wanted in his family based on rumors and BS fed to him, not facts also. He was easily manipulated to believe what JV or any other Supe believed, and he always backed and favored Rank. The lowest common denominator to him, entry level employees, are garbage.
