You really need to educate yourself on how cabinet agency heads are replaced.... had GB done so, he would still be the commissioner today. The current rules are set for the old 7 member cabinet..... not the 4 members we have today. This could get interesting if we have a non partisan cabinet after January

It's well known that TF is not a champion for the little guy employee and that behind closed doors he's Nasty and cheap. Maybe HQ will change him or he will bring that to HQ.

Anyone who goes after employees who have dedicated their lives to public service is a piece of shit, no matter if you are the person who made the orders or the one following them.

How does one get promoted quickly? By effecting the things around you to make yourself look good at all costs. This includes backstabbing, interfering with Internal Affairs investigations, threatening employees that may make you look bad, backing Tallahassee favorites (employees, Command, Supervisors) whether right or wrong at all costs. Personal or professional integrity be damned.

All the while, putting on a smile and seeming like a good guy, talking about UCF and OPD, cutting jokes, etc. Behind closed doors- comprising integrity to protect oneself, cutting throats of anyone that may make you look bad or call you out, at all costs, even if it means destroying a career, family, person, or whatever. End goal is all TF cares about.

He will be gone along with RS, just wait and see. Hopefully replaced with someone that's willing to stand up for all employees and understands diversity.

The most despicable part? He goes after long term employees who have health issues or ones that have a family member with health issues. Disgusting.

Meanwhile, he will take time to take care of his personal family like he deserves it because he feels that with his rank it's OK.

This guy has referred to FDLE employees as "shitting dogs", backed dishonest Supervisors, intimidated employees who had complaints into EI, among other things.
