I've got to laugh also, but it's at you. Written by someone who believes FDLE is better than any of the major City or County agencies. Just factually not true in any way as far as Law Enforcement operations go.

Leave it to an FDLE employee to insinuate that any critical view of how they operate is just because someone is jealous or couldn't get hired there. Proof that FDLE employees are very much out of touch and that their Ego's are far greater than their actual experiences.

Why would your top notch qualified law enforcement officers and detectives want to take a hug pay cut to work for FDLE? The only they are remotely competitive on pay is North Florida. What a joke.

Exactly. Only the rejects from the big agencies want to escape... if the grass is greener while you're going up the hill there, there would be reason to leave. But if people are known to be slugs or a-holes, they aren't going anywhere... except to apply at FDLE. And you better believe they're going to get glowing recommendations from the referring Agency so they can dump the worker on them.
