How about the "detectives " that havent made an arrest in months, but strut like their shit dont stink because no supervisor has the balls to discipline them. Only persons that get disciplined are those on the road, unless you do a search warrant on the wrong door.

Stop hiring school children. Get a union head who doesn't work for the pd. Punish officers and SUPERVISORS evenly. Fire or prosecute officers and SUPERVISORS who are derelict and commit fraud, instead of shuffling them around. Command needs to be seen by patrol more than once every 2 years. Tell the SAO to mind their own business. Stop giving new cars to command and leaving patrol with junk. Abolish widespread lying and ego wars between supervisors. Our brotherhood has turned to #%$&!
