HR director is just another puppet. Oates and Clements hire who they want, including his son who was let go or told he needed to go before getting fired. Clements gets his son hired but more qualified applicants are let go. Miami Beach is a joke and everyone running that place. Rules are only bent and disregarded according to who you are.
