And what "blond bimbo" was at the POTUS meeting?
Unfortunately it's all very sadly true. D17 set a perimeter and held for full time swat. Only two deputies, one being from D15, made initial entry with all of the police uniforms. It's all on video....wait for the after action.

The admin at BSO should reflect upon the outcome of their arrogant assumption that the contract renewal with Southwest Ranches was a "shoe in" a few years back.

In addition to the issues with the SRD's, the residents of D17 are becomingly increasingly more curious, interested and informed with regard to how this quieter district has been utilized for disciplinary dumps and rewards.

The city has access to BSO emergency resources whether or not there's a contract. If the chess board looks the same in a few months, you can bet that the next contract proposal will be met with resistance. This is not a community of uninformed malleable individuals. The press conferences pointing fingers directly at the FBI are insulting. Parkland isn't buying this BS. This tragedy was absolutely preventable at the local level. Our kids are mobilized and running to Tallahassee on a passionate adolescent mission. We're not. We're right here watching admin attempt to pass a very hot potato.

It's true that the most muscle is needed in Pompano, Deerfield, Oakland Park. However, if Parkland is getting the crumbs, there is no need for a contract.
Just like Feb. 14, at contract time, Coral Springs PD may once again, swoop in to rescue the city.

A Parkland deputy made entry through the west door with several CS officers. That deputy and those officers were still inside the building when SWAT arrived. There’s more, but don’t need to go into detail on this trash site. Can we just let the investigation take its course and not be so quick to jump to conclusions and trash each other.

Most couldn't agree more. Ego and arrogance has been the downfall to every sheriff. This guy loves the media and politics more than he cares about public safety and his deputies. The muscle in Pompano and Deerfield are tired of being mistreated. Not only is he going to lose Parkland when the residents start asking questions, which they already start asking about their deputies staging and waiting for SWAT, while another city and their swat are securing the scene without hesitation. Not good sheriff.

    You weren’t there.

Parkland Deputies did go in. They were on scene right away. CSPD got there simultaneously. They had the 911 calls and better intel. The suspect had already fled the building and no more shots were being fired once everyone got insude the fence. They worked together. Some guys did set up a perimeter because someone said the shots were coming from the football field. You see, if our douche bag, jump the gun, knee jerk, save his own ass sheriff, would let this thing be fully investigated, and the rest of BSO just STFU until all the facts come out, we would all know the truth. We could go back to mourning the loss of 17 good people and stop trying to destroy an already disfunctional agency.
