There they will find the hiring of Chief Thelma Noel-Pratt and Assistat J.D. Patterson, brought on at the insistance of Commissioner Barbra Jordan to cover all sorts of illicit criminal activities. You must be the most disgruntled person to walk the face of the earth. Why must you wish evil upon anyone. Be careful over rejoicing in ones downfall, because it just may be you that sinks like the Titanic. You’re a coward behind the keyboard only bold to call someone a Thug; THUG!
