Throughout this whole time not one police officer has said we messed up other than Wilson when he said "I cant believe based on our training she didnt have any of the womans information". Milton went on the defensive the following day followed by the inept IA. The Chief finally said he didnt agree with how his officers spoke to Jones which wasn't even an issue but his way of saying I "verbally reprimanded" but that charge read in the IA was never addressed as sustained. No paper trail it never happened.

How do you take "Its ok because she is friends with a high ranking police official" out of context? Shouldn't that official checked with PD before she was taken from scene? When Milton Pd made contact with womans friend and told her to call PD immediately you dont think that official was aware of that?? Maybe if it was investigated by the Sheriff's Office those questions would have been ask. Milton wasn't investigating Spencer, they cant.

Obviously, she had to get her dogs secured prior to going to the hospital. She called the only people in town that she knew, one if which was Spencer via the dog event. He was there at the request of Ms Roe, the lady found at fault, cited and subsequently sued, by you, despite your refusal to acknowledge her existence or state she was never identified.

There was no coverup but there is overwhelming evidence that you are Randy Jones, you filed a lawsuit against the "unidentified" lady, and that you are using every excuse to keep this nonsense alive.

The testimony of two milton pd isnt evidence. Its gonna come out. Answer the question why if Spencer was there to help Did Sims do everything what was Spencer's role? It's pretty apparent.
Spencer claimed they made a change for Sims to tow the van so her equipment would be safe. It wouldn't be safe at Kell recovery.
