Its probably a looped system and it's already gone. If Jones had assaulted Spears it would have been obtained immediately, plus it would have shown Jones getting face planted and arrested for battery on a LEO. Like her or not, to even suggest that should make MPD conduct an officer safety bulletin on him.

Wow nobody suggested anything of the sort just only making the comment if it could have been used in their benefit I bet it would exist. Nothing like blowing an innocent comment WAY out of proportion. But have come to expect certain individuals to start shit that ain't there to get Jones off their ass or make a case against him.

Bingo. That hit the nail on the Brady head. All he wanted was a fair shake, to be heard and some reassurance this incident will not happen again. He hasn't threatened anyone in this thread or anywhere else. So get off your high horse.

If you know officers get screwed, you know good and well citizens are. If BJ said he would investigate all member misconduct complaints, but makes an exception for Spencer, then he is a liar.

That's been the moral to this story nobody is perfect and Leo's are gonna make mistakes but when they do let's document the discipline given. It's already proven in this case where an officer was disciplined for the very thing that is suspected happened but Chief claims officer talked to woman through the windshield of an overturned vehicle and saw no signs of impairment. Really. If you document and officer has no further problems then nobody hurt. But what about the next Jones who gets done wrong and searches under the law for information that could help his case. Alls they will find is all officers cleared of wrong doing and that is the real crime here.
