A prior poster answered a question about a hemorrhoid soother and gave a Capt. name I cant say for sure that it's you but odds are your a yes man who gets by hanging on someone's nut sack.

Hemorrhoid Soother would be Capt Haines. He is the biggest ass kisser at the sheriffs dept. He was cold busted for looking at porn on dept computers and on duty when he was a sgt. 20 more deputies got caught and all should have been FIRED. Because Haines was Sheriff Halls lover boy it wouldn't be fair to keep him and fire the others so they were given minimal discipline.
